How long is the warranty on Japar products?
Concealed cisterns carry a 5-year warranty; toilet seats, cistern fittings, fill valves, exposed flushing cisterns and flush plates carry 2 years. Every product is sold with a guarantee certificate approved by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Trade; the tags and documents on each product page show the warranty period of that model.
How do I reach an authorised service centre?
For installation, maintenance and repairs there are authorised service centres and stockists in 49 provinces of Türkiye. Choose your province on the Stockists & Service page to see the address and phone number of the nearest one.
Can I get spare parts?
Yes. Because we manufacture every part of our products in our own plant, spare parts and technical support are at hand for the life of the product. For spare parts, contact an authorised service centre or reach us through the contact form.
Which quality certificates do the products hold?
Production runs under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Concealed cisterns and fill valves are KIWA-certified (Netherlands); concealed cisterns hold NF 076 and toilet seats NF 240 (France); TS EN 14055 and TS EN 14124 certificates from the Turkish Standards Institution and a CE declaration of conformity are also in place.
